# Exporting data from Autobooks

Autobooks offers [preloaded reports for download](https://help.autobooks.co/knowledge/payment-reports-for-invoicing-and-payment-link-users?hsLang=en). You can also access data from any list within our tools!

Wherever you see a list of information, you can download that list in a spreadsheet format (.CSV). This file type can be read by Excel or a similar spreadsheet software program.

If a list of data can be downloaded, you will see an **Export** button in the upper right corner of the list. To download data, click the **Export** button.

**Desktop users** will see the .XLSX file saved to their Downloads folder. Click on the file to open and view it. **Mobile users** will see the .XLSX file onscreen to view the data. For the best experience, we recommend downloading data on a laptop or desktop computer.
