# Set a universal sales tax rate for your invoice template

### Sales Tax Rate

You can set a universal sales tax rate that can be automatically applied to each invoice you create (you are able to to remove the sales tax per invoice if needed).

1. Click the **Invoice Settings** tab. Scroll to the Sales Tax section.
2. Toggle the **Enable sales tax** option to the on position, then type in the preferred **Sales tax rate**.

3. Click **Save** to set your sales tax rate.
