Invoicing

Invoicing

Send an invoice. Get paid. Move on.

Create and send professional invoices from your bank’s digital banking. Customers pay online. Money settles to your account. You always know exactly who’s paid and who hasn’t.

Invoicing in three steps.

1
Create your invoice.

Add your customer, line items, and due date. Upload your logo, match your brand colors, and add a custom message. It takes seconds, not minutes.

2
Send it their way.

Email it directly or share a link. Your customer sees a clean, branded invoice and pays online with the method that works for them: credit card, debit card, ACH, or Apple Pay.

3
Money in. Status updated.

Payment settles directly to your bank account. The invoice updates from coming due (or past due) to paid. Your cash position reflects the new total alongside every other payment you’ve received.

Everything you need to invoice and get paid.

Multiple payment methods

Your customers can pay by credit card, debit card, ACH, or Apple Pay, all from the same invoice link. You accept more ways to pay without managing more tools.

Automated reminders

Set it and forget it. Autobooks sends payment reminders on the schedule you choose: before the due date, on the due date, and after. You follow up less. You get paid sooner.

Recurring invoices

Bill regular customers automatically. Set the frequency, and Autobooks creates and sends the invoice on schedule. Same client, same amount, no extra work.

Past due, coming due, paid

Three summary cards above your invoice list show what’s past due, what’s coming due, and what’s already been paid. Click a card to filter the list. No spreadsheets, no math, no second-guessing where you stand.

Funding when invoices go past due

If you have past-due invoices and qualify for funding, a small alert appears right where you’re tracking them. The same connected view that shows what you’re owed shows what you can borrow against.

Your invoices are never just invoices.

Every invoice payment lands in your connected receivables view alongside your bills and your bank balance. The connected system sees what’s owed, what’s incoming, and what’s outgoing, then surfaces what matters.

When invoices go past due, you can access funding right where you’re tracking the receivable. When Autobooks accounting is enabled, every invoice and payment is categorized and recorded automatically.

Invoicing is one part of the connected system. The more you use, the clearer your picture.

Built for how you actually work.

Getting started with online invoicing

How it works for your customers

When your business customers are ready to send an invoice that’s easy for their customers to pay, online invoicing through Autobooks and your financial institution is the way to go.

Autobooks invoices. Easy to send, even easier to pay.

Send an invoice from anywhere, mobile or desktop. Business customers fill out the basic fields on the invoice inside online or mobile banking, then click send.

Invoices are delivered via email. Paying customers can click on a link from their email to view and pay.

They can pay using any major card, including American Express®, or by ACH bank transfer. Business customers only pay 3.49% per card transaction, and 1.00% per ACH transaction.

Funds go directly into the business customer's checking account and are usually deposited within two business days. They’re never tied up or held by another platform.

Make it easy for your customers to get paid.

When businesses give customers flexibility in how they pay, it helps to shorten the time it takes to get paid. That’s why 95% of Autobooks users are paid within five business days after sending an invoice.
