Get Paid. Grow Faster. The Autobooks Blog
Get Paid. Grow Faster.
Let’s start by getting you paid.
It’s the lifeblood of your business: cash flow. Autobooks was built to help you streamline this process with one payment acceptance solution (versus multiple apps). All payments go to the same place: your business checking account.
To get started, log into online or mobile banking and access Autobooks from the menu. For some institutions, simply click Send an invoice or Accept a payment from the main dashboard.

Invoice Your Customers
Get paid fast. Send your customer an invoice with Autobooks.
Fill out your first invoice
Complete your invoice inside online or mobile banking. It’s up to you how detailed you need it to be.
Click Send
Your invoice is delivered to your customer via email. Customers can click on a link from their email to view and pay.
Customers have options
Customers can pay using any major card, including American Express®, or by ACH bank transfer. You'll only pay 3.49% per card transaction, and 1.00% per ACH transaction.*
*These are typical rates, but may vary based on the partnering financial institution. Please contact your bank or credit union to learn more.
Payments go directly into checking
Your funds are usually deposited within two business days. You can access them from business checking and track them just as easily.

Digital Payment Acceptance
Get paid on the spot. Accept a payment with Autobooks.
Take a payment from just about anywhere
Just enter the payment details into your Autobooks payment form inside online or mobile banking. (This really comes in handy over a phone call.)
Share a payment link with your customer
Prefer to have a customer pay from their own device? Text or email them a secure payment link, where they can complete the transaction themselves.
Use a QR code for added convenience
You can even access a QR code that links directly to your Payment Form. Display it anywhere you'd like to accept payments (stickers, pamphlets, business cards — anywhere!).
